Baked Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fish fillets
salt and pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
paprika
Preparation

Cut fish into serving portions.
Place in a single layer in well greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Combine sour cream, onions and Parmesan cheese.
Spread mixture over fish.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika.
