Sausage Casserole 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 to 2 c. cooked macaroni noodles (amount desired)
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Chop sausage.
    Add soup, onion, milk, cheese and mushrooms.
    Stir together well and simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
    Add cooked macaroni noodles to the mixture and stir.
    Simmer for approximately 15 minutes.
