Turkey And Mushroom Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground raw turkey
1/2 c. fine soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
pinch of nutmeg
1 1/2 c. mushrooms, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
Divide mixture into 4 or 6 portions and shape into patties.
Place burgers on greased grill (6 inches from heat), medium high on gas fire grill. Cook 6 to 8 minutes per side or until meat is no longer pink inside.
