Portobello Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 portobello mushroom caps, diced
    1/2 onion, diced fine
    2 cloves garlic, smashed
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. chicken broth
    2 c. heavy cream
    1 oz. sherry
Preparation
    Saute first 3 ingredients in the olive oil.
    Add 2 tablespoons flour; stir until dissolved.
    Add chicken broth and cream.
    Simmer 5 to 10 minutes until heated to \"bubble.\"
    Add about 1 ounce of sherry.
    Serve immediately.
