Baked Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Wash and skin chicken breasts.\tBeat Ritz crackers into fine crumbs.
    Mix melted margarine with cracker crumbs.\tSalt and pepper
    chicken; roll chicken in cracker crumbs.
    Bake in heavy tinfoil for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
