Raisin Jumbles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raisins
1 c. water
3/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
-
Simmer raisins in 1 cup water until tender and plump.
Drain liquid off raisins into measuring cup; add water to make 1 1/2 cups.
