Cheesy Burger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    4 green onions, chopped
    dash of garlic salt
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can mushroom soup
    3 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 lb. thin spaghetti, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring, until crumbly; drain. Saute green pepper and green onions with garlic salt in margarine in skillet until tender.
    Mix in flour.
    Add milk gradually, stirring constantly, until thick.
    Stir in soup.
    Simmer for several minutes.
    Add ground beef and cheese, mixing well.
    Cook over low heat until cheese melts, stirring frequently.
    Mix in celery, salt and pepper.
    Combine with spaghetti in baking dish, mixing well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
