Ingredients

1 c. biscuit mix
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
1 (17 oz.) can apricot halves, undrained
whipping cream
Preparation

Combine first three ingredients; stir in butter until evenly distributed. Add milk, and mix well. Spread batter in a greased 8 inch square baking pan. Drain apricots, reserving syrup. Arrange apricot halves, cut side down, on top of batter; pour syrup over top. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30-35 minutes. Serve warm with cream.
