Ingredients

2 lbs. potatoes
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
flour to cover
vegetable oil
Preparation

Peel and slice potatoes in french fry style. Pour milk and egg in a large bowl. Mix well. Add potatoes. Stir with hands to cover potatoes with egg and milk mixture. Sprinkle with flour to cover potatoes. Fry in vegetable oil.
