Pickled Carrots(Wanda'S) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooked, sliced carrots (I have used canned and frozen)
    1 can tomato soup
    1 chopped onion (fine)
    1 chopped pepper (fine)
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix together and simmer 10 minutes.
    Cool and pour over cooked carrots.
