Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. cooked chicken, cut up
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise with pepper to taste
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. potato chips, crumbled
Preparation

Toss together and put in casserole.
Pour 1 can cream of chicken soup over top.
Sprinkle grated cheese over casserole and top with crumbled potato chips.
Bake 25 minutes at 275\u00b0 or 10 to 12 minutes at 450\u00b0.
