Ingredients

6 Tbsp. flour
dash of salt
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. coconut
2 2/3 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 egg whites
1 hunk butter
2 pie crusts, baked
Preparation

Pie:
Mix flour and sugar together in double boiler; add a little milk to make a paste to prevent lumps.
Stir and add rest of milk.
Cook a few minutes until bubbly.
Beat egg yolks in separate bowl; stir a little milk mixture into yolks, then pour into milk mixture.
Cook until thick.
Add butter and vanilla.
Stir in pack of coconut (hold back a little coconut to sprinkle over top) and pour into baked pie crust.
