Fat-Free Vegie Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium fresh mushrooms
    1 medium onion, sliced thin and separated into rings
    1 medium zucchini, sliced
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Coat large skillet or wok with cooking spray, heat (skillet or wok) on medium heat until hot.
    Add all ingredients; stir-fry about 5 minutes or until zucchini is crisp-tender.
    Yields 4 servings (about 38 calories per serving, no fat).
    Any vegetable can be added for variety.
