Cheese Popover Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. butter or oleo, melted
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Beat with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth.
Stir in Cheddar cheese.
Heat a well-greased muffin pan at 425\u00b0 for 3 minutes or until very hot. Spoon in batter, filling 2/3 full.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes; reduce heat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
Yields 8 popovers.
