Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. lemon jello
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 small jar cherries, chopped
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water; add condensed milk and beat.
    Add 1 cup mayonnaise and beat again.
    Add salt, cheese, pineapple, cherries and nuts.
    Pour into 9 x 12-inch casserole type dish.
    Refrigerate until firm.
