Oven Stewed Rabbit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rabbit, cut up
    6 c. water
    2 chicken broth cubes
    2 beef broth cubes
    2 bay leaves
    1 onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, cut up
    2 carrots, sliced
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Put rabbit in a layer in a medium roaster.
    Put water, cubes, bay leaves and pepper in a pan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir to dissolve cubes.
    Sprinkle raw cut up vegetables over rabbit in roaster.
    Pour hot broth over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
