Yum-Yum - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper, coarsely diced
    1 large onion, coarsely diced
    2 stalks celery, coarsely diced
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 can condensed mushroom soup
    1 large can chow mein noodles
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Boil green peppers, onion and celery in a small amount of water, until tender.
    Brown meat in skillet, separating into particles.
    Remove surplus fat as it accumulates.
    Add mushroom soup and half the chow mein noodles. Add vegetables; mix.
    Add remaining noodles to top of skillet.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
