Diet Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed or chopped fruit
    2 envelopes of diet gelatin
    1/4 c. unsweetened apple juice
    3 - 4 pkg. equal or sweetener to taste
    2 Tbsp. sure-jell
Preparation
    Combine fruit, gelatin, apple juice and sweetener.
    Cook 20 minutes or until fruit is done. Add sure-jell.
    Cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Put in sterile jars and seal.
    Try these combinations:
    peaches and raspberry gelatin, apple and orange gelatin, or figs and strawberry gelatin.
