Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (1 lb.) bags cranberries
2 large navel oranges
2 large apples
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Wash and sort cranberries.
Slice oranges into quarters.
Core and quarter apples.
Grind cranberries, oranges and apples in grinder with coarse blade or in food processor.
Add sugar. Adjust to taste.
Best if made 2 weeks in advance.
Keep refrigerated.
Will keep 8 to 10 months in airtight container.
