Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, diced chicken breast
    2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. sliced, toasted almonds
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    3 chopped, hard-boiled eggs
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. crushed potato chips (dip chips)
Preparation
    Mix first 9 items together and put in casserole.
    Sprinkle top with cheese and potato chips.
    Heat in oven for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
