Raspberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen raspberries *
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Wesson oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
    Mix flour and cinnamon, soda and salt. Make well in the center.
    In separate bowl, mash thawed, drained raspberries with sugar.
    Add eggs and oil.
    Pour in flour mixture well.
    Mix well. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
    Bake one hour.
    Serve with cream cheese or fruit butter.
