Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can mild enchilada sauce
1 small can tomato sauce
1 pkg. small flour tortillas
1 small onion, chopped
2 c. grated Monterey Jack or sharp cheese
2 lb. hamburger
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/2 to 1 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Brown meat and onion together. Drain.
Pour sauce in a large casserole dish.
Place a mixture of cheese, meat and onion inside each tortilla.
Roll up and place on sauce.
Mix sour cream and soup together.
Pour over dish.
Heat at 350\u00b0 until warm and cheese melts, about 30 minutes.
