1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 2/3 c. peanut butter chips, melted
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 can condensed milk
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Stir together crumbs, sugar, cocoa and butter.
Press into the bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in condensed milk and peanut butter chips.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Beat well.
Stir in chocolate chips and pour over crust.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 55 to 65 minutes or until set.
Cool in oven with door slightly ajar for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and cool completely.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
