Homemade Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork steaks, diced
    clove of garlic
    onion
    broccoli or spinach
    fresh tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed in 2 c. water
    bean sprouts and water chestnuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Cook pork in skillet until browned with garlic and some onion.
    Add broccoli or spinach, fresh tomatoes and cornstarch mixture.
    Cook until broccoli or spinach is done.
    Can add bean sprouts and water chestnuts, if desired.
    Serve over rice; add soy sauce on plates and eat.
    Takes about an hour.
