Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 stick butter
    6 eggs, at room temperature
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. almond flavoring
Preparation
    Sift flour and sugar in large bowl.
    Add shortening and butter.
    Add eggs, vanilla and almond flavoring.
    Turn mixer on low until all is moistened.
    Beat for full 10 minutes on medium speed.
    Bake in loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
