Seafood Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    approximately 8 to 10 oz. chopped cooked shrimp
    approximately 2 c. snow crab meat
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. lemon
    1 c. heavy cream
    2 egg yolks
    1 pkg. green fettucini
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add garlic; cook until light brown.
    Add shrimp, crab and mushrooms.
    Saute until mushrooms are slightly limp.
    Add lemon juice and cream.
    Bring to high temperature, but don't boil. Add yolks and whip to make sauce.
    Add fettucini, cheese and parsley; stir well.
    Serve garlic bread with this.
    Serves 3 to 4.
