Island Chicken Salad Pitas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 large apple, cored, peeled and chopped
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
1 c. mayonnaise (approximately)
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 Tbsp. chutney
pita pocket bread
Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Use enough mayonnaise to make salad the consistency you like.
Curry powder and chutney can be varied according to taste.
Preferably, use a mango-based chutney, such as Major Gray's.
To serve, scoop salad into pita pockets.
