Bohemian Kolachy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 lb. margarine
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    prepared pie or poppy seed filling
Preparation
    Crumble yeast in water with sugar; let stand until dissolved. Mix flour, 2 tablespoons sugar and margarine as for pie crust; add egg yolks, sour cream and yeast.
    Knead to soft dough; refrigerate overnight.
    Roll out on lightly floured board to about 1/2-inch. Cut small circles with doughnut cutter; put on cookie sheet, rounds touching.
    Let rise until double.
    Make imprint in center of each and fill with pie filling.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
