Summer Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 can asparagus soup or 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 c. sliced squash
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. water
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash, green pepper and onion in water and butter just until tender.
    Combine with seasonings and soup; stir gently. Place in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and top is brown.
