Mexican Taco Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 pkg. dry taco mix
3 large tomatoes, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
6 scallions, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can chili peppers, drained and chopped
1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
tortilla chips
Preparation

Blend cottage cheese, cream cheese and dry taco mix.
Process until smooth.
Spread on a large tray.
In a separate bowl, mix tomatoes, green pepper, scallions, chili peppers and olives. Spread vegetable mixture on top of cheese mixture.
Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top.
Serve with chips.
