Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked instant rice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. crushed potato chips
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except chips, tossing well.
    Pile lightly in well-greased casserole dish.
    Top with chips.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Uncover and bake for 10 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
