Bundt Pan Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. softened margarine
1/2 c. apple juice
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1 (8 oz.) jar unsweetened applesauce
3 large eggs
confectioners sugar (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 10-inch Bundt pan.
In large bowl, measure all ingredients, except confectioners sugar.
With mixer at low speed, beat ingredients until well blended (scrape bowl with spatula often).
Beat 2 minutes on high (scrape bowl occasionally with spatula).
