Chicken-Rice Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 c. diced leftover chicken, ham, beef or pork
    1/2 medium green pepper, cut into strips
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Saute garlic in oil in skillet until lightly browned.
    Add meat, pepper, red pepper or green pepper and water.
    Bring to a boil over high heat.
    Stir in rice.
    Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
