Pennsylvania Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    2 medium green peppers
    1 tsp. paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. water
    16 oz. wide egg noodles
Preparation
    Cut thick cubes of meat into thin slices.
    In large skillet, brown meat lightly.
    Set aside.
    Slice peppers into long, thin slices.
    Add to meat with tomato sauce and water.
    Stir and simmer.
    Add salt, pepper and paprika.
    Simmer one hour, stirring occasionally.
    When meat mixture is tender, boil water for noodles.
    Cook according to directions.
    Serve meat mixture over egg noodles.
