Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch carrots
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    dash of cinnamon
    water to cover bottom of dish
Preparation
    Grate carrots, add salt, brown sugar, margarine, cinnamon and sufficient water to keep carrots from sticking to
    1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
