Savory Farmhouse Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. crumbled cornbread
    2 c. crumbled biscuits (or white bread)
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth w/Italian herbs
    2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 (15 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
    1 1/2 to 2 c. coarsely chopped cooked chicken
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
    Generously butter a 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Combine the cornbread and biscuits. In another bowl, beat together the broth, milk, and eggs. Pour over the bread and mix well.
    Stir in the vegetables and chicken mixing well. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 55 to 60 minutes until set and lightly browned on top.
    Serve with Buttermilk Sauce.
