Creamy Pineapple-Lime Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime flavored gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1 c. whipped cream or Dream Whip
    1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries
    1/4 c. chopped canned peaches, drained
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Drain pineapple well, reserve syrup.
    Add 1/2 cup syrup to gelatin.
    Chill until very thick (spoon drawn through gelatin leaves a definite impression, takes about 1 1/2 hours).
    Fold in pineapple, cheese, cream, cherries and peaches.
    Chill.
