Spinach & Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. whole leaf spinach (cooked 4 minutes)
    3 medium onions
    3 cans sliced mushrooms (drained)
    1 lb. mild Italian Sausage
    1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 cloves chopped garlic
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    Seasoning salt to preference
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic and sausage together; drain. Fold in mushrooms, cheese, spinach and seasoning salt.
    Place in greased casserole; sprinkle with extra cheese.
    Cook covered 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
