Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 egg whites, lightly beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/3 c. unsweetened applesauce
Preparation
