Crispy Eggs 'N Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1 c. small croutons
    5 eggs
    1/3 c. milk or light cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp; remove.
    Pour off all but two tablespoons drippings.
    Add croutons to reserved drippings and heat and stir until brown and crisp; remove from skillet. Slightly beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Add to skillet.
    Cook until nearly set, stirring.
    Gently stir in crumbled bacon and croutons.
    Cook until just set.
    Makes 4 servings.
