Buttermilk Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Cream margarine and shortening; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
