Chocolate Caramel Chews - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. melted oleo
    28 light caramels
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 1/2 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 chow mein noodles
    1 c. peanuts
    1 c. chocolate morsels
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Brush cookie sheet with 1 tablespoon melted oleo.
    Place caramels, 3 tablespoons oleo and 2 tablespoons water in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
    Combine noodles and peanuts in bowl.
    Pour caramel over noodles and peanuts.
    Toss until coated.
    Drop by tablespoons onto cookie sheet.
    Melt chocolate and 2 tablespoons water.
    Drizzle over caramel clusters.
    Then refrigerate.
