Chicken Ferninand - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
    4 slices bacon
    4 oz. crabmeat (backfin)
    4 oz. snow crabmeat
    3 slices whole wheat bread
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 green pepper
    1/2 onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 oz. flour
    1 oz. margarine
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. Swiss cheese
    1 c. cream
    2 oz. chicken base
    2 oz. dry sherry
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Prepare crabmeat filling as follows:
    In a food processor, chop green pepper, onion and bread.
    Toss with crabmeats in a mixing bowl.
    Add mayonnaise, lemon pepper, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper.
    Mix well and roll mixture into 4 equal balls.
    Set aside.
