Pork Chop And Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. shortening
4 pork chops
salt and pepper
1 pkg. Betty Crocker scalloped potatoes
2 1/4 c. boiling water
2/3 c. milk
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans, partly thawed
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Heat shortening in 10-inch skillet until melted.
Cook pork chops, brown on both sides and salt and pepper. Empty potatoes into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with sauce mix.
Stir in water, milk, margarine and pepper sauce.
Mix in beans. Place pork chops on top.
Cover and bake until chops are tender, 50 to 60 minutes.
