Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. fresh strawberries
1 large carton Cool Whip
1 pie shell, baked
Preparation

Mix jello, boiling water, sugar and cornstarch; boil for 2 1/2 minutes.
Set aside and cool.
Add strawberries to mixture and pour into baked pie crust.
Top with Cool Whip and garnish with whole berries, if desired.
Let set in refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
