Turkey-Cheese Popover - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. skim milk
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    4 oz. smoked turkey sausage, sliced 1/8-inch and each cut in half
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Combine milk, eggs, flour and Dijon mustard in blender.
    Blend well.
    Transfer to a bowl and stir in sausage, onion and cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes until puffed and brown.
    Makes 4 servings.
