Sassy Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, diced and drained
    1 (7 oz.) can Ortega green chiles, diced
    2 (28 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, diced and drained (can use fresh tomatoes)
    1/2 bottle La Victoria brand mild taco sauce
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1/4 c. oil
    salt to taste
    dash of garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips.
