Pie Crust Make-Ahead - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine the flour and salt into large covered bowl.
    Cut in shortening until crumbly.
    Beat egg with 1 cup cold water and vinegar; stir into flour mixture with a large fork gradually. Divide into 3 portions.
    Store in refrigerator in tightly covered bowl until needed.
