Fried Chicken And Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 frying chicken (do not use liver, neck or back)
1 c. salted butter
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cut chicken in pieces.
Mix flour and salt. Roll chicken pieces in flour mixture.
Melt butter in frying pan on medium heat. Add chicken pieces to pan. Fry until golden brown, turning pieces to brown on both sides.
When chicken is thoroughly done, remove from pan. Leave all the chicken bits in the pan. Pour off excessive butter, if any.
