Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up or 4 chicken breasts
1 c. chopped celery
1 can water chestnuts
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 Tbsp. margarine
2 c. rice
1 can mushrooms
2 pkg. onion soup mix
4 c. water
Preparation
-
Brown chicken in margarine.
Place rice in dish.
Sprinkle with celery, mushrooms, chestnuts, soy sauce, onion soup mix and water.
Arrange chicken on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
